ILECO III conducted On-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) participated by 66 attendees in Brgy. sto. Tomas, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo on November 05, 2024 (Tuesday).
The said meeting was also attended by barangay officials headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Remo Batacandolo.
