ILECO III personnel conducted on-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) to 170 recipients of Barangay Line Enhancement Program (BLEP) of Punta Batuanan Island, Carles, Iloilo on November 06, 2024 (Wednesday).
The National Electrification Administration (NEA) appropriated budget to electrify nine (9) island barangays within ILECO III area coverage. This program aims to electrify far-flung areas (excluding off-grid areas) in the whole Philippines by 2028.
This activity is made possible with the support of ILECO III BODs and Management Committee headed by our General Manager, Atty. James G. Balsomo II.
