ILECO III personnel conducted on-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) to 387 recipients of Barangay Line Enhancement Program (BLEP) of Talingting Island, Carles, Iloilo on November 05, 2024 (Tuesday).
The said meeting was also attended by barangay officials headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Gigi D. Gonzales.
The National Electrification Administration (NEA) appropriated budget to electrify nine (9) island barangays within ILECO III area coverage. This program aims to electrify far-flung areas (excluding off-grid areas) in the whole Philippines by 2028.
