ILECO III conducted On-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) participated by 35 attendees in Brgy. Tabu-an, Estancia, Iloilo on October 14, 2024 (Monday).
The said meeting was attended by Punong Barangay Hon. Joy L. Salarozan and Dir. Lope O. Salmorin.
