ILECO III conducted On-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) participated by 68 attendees in Brgy. Lipata, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo on October 29, 2024 (Tuesday).
The said meeting was also attended by Dir. Harry G. Tupas and barangay officials headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Cirila B. Lanestosa.
