ILECO III conducted On-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) participated by 70 attendees in Brgy. Pani-an, Balasan, Iloilo on October 09, 2024 (Wednesday).
The said meeting was attended by Punong Barangay Hon. Rosanna Pasco and Dir. Lope O. Salmorin.
