ILECO III conducted On-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) participated by 95 attendees from barangays of Poblacion, Culob, Pantalan, Badiang, Palaypay and Vista Alegre held in Brgy. Poblacion, Anilao, Iloilo on October 15, 2024 (Tuesday).
The said meeting was attended by barangay officials from the said barangays.
