In fulfillment of our mandate of total rural electrification, here’s a video documentation of the energization project featuring Tagubanhan Island situated in the northern part of Iloilo which was funded under the Barangay Line Enhancement Program (BLEP) and was made possible through the partnership and cooperation between ILECO III, NEA, DOE, LGU, Barangay Officials and other government agencies.
