A friendship basketball game between ILECO III and CAPELCO was conducted on Capiz Gymnasium, Roxas City, Capiz on February 23, 2024 (Friday).
This exhibition game aims to foster harmonious relationship and strong bond between sister Electric Cooperatives in the region.
