LOOK: ILECO III Personnel/Officers conducted an Onsite Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) on September 12, 2023 (Tuesday) attended by 135 beneficiaries of NHA Village, Hamod in Municipal Gym, Poblacion, Batad, Iloilo. In attendance were Hon. Elvira P. Alarcon, Municipal Mayor of Batad, Dir. Melly De Asis, Board of Director District IV, FO3 Welmark Villaruz, BFP Representative and BEA President Joel C. Datoon together with other ILECO III Personnel/Officers
