In order to lessen the out of the pocket expenses of Sitio Electrification Program (SEP) recipients in the barangays of Abong and Barosbos ,Carles, ILECO 3 employees conducted an on-site Pre-Membership-Seminar (PMS) for recipients of the aforestated program at Barosbos Covered Gym. The said seminar informed the recipients of the provisions and subsidies granted to them as well as the requirements needed for the application for electric service connection. The cooperative believes that things move faster with electricity since it is now a basic need for everyday life.
