Iloilo III Electric Cooperative, Inc. conducted an On-The-Job Trainee Orientation with students from Northern Iloilo State University (NISU) Sara & Estancia Campus on February 13, 2023, Monday at the ILECO III Pavilion. There area a total of fourty-six (46) students, thirty (30) of which are from NISU Sara and fourteen (14) are from NISU Estancia who will be with the coop for 720 hours.
The aforesaid event was headed by our General Manager, Atty. James G. Balsomo II who gave a brief history of how ILECO III started and what is ILECO III right now. He then give emphasis to the importance of power industry and the challenges ILECO III surpassed and accomplished for the past years.
The purpose of this partnership is to immerse learners in work environments relevant to their area of study in an attempt to learn knowledge on, productivity in, and respect for the workplace. We also aim to enable them to level up their technical skills, knowledge, and attitude towards work.
