ILECO III Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ILECO III) complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and is committed to safeguard your privacy and ensuring that you continue to trust ILECO III with your personal information. When you interact with us, you may share personal information which allows identification as an individual (e.g. name, email, address, telephone number, age, status, gender, billing data). This is known as “personal information.”

Collection of Personal Information

ILECO III may collect stakeholder’s personal information from a variety of sources, including through: a.) Online and electronic interactions including ILECO III’s websites, text messaging programs or applications on third party social networks (e.g. Facebook. Twitter) b.) Offline interactions via hard copy application forms, raffle entries and contacts through telephones or thru complaint forms.

Use of Personal Information

Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide you with a safe, smooth and customized service. The personal information will be used only for service fulfillment, internal operations, prevention of fraud and other harm, and for legal compliance.

ILECO III shall not share the personal information with any third party that intends to use it for other purposes, unless you have provided specific consent in relation to this.
