ILECO III personnel successfully conducted on-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) to 13 recipients of 2023 Sitio Electrification Program (SEP) of Sitio Bacolod 1A, Tingui-an, Basalan, Iloilo on March 11, 2024 (Monday).
