LOOK: ILECO III personnel conducted BAPA Meeting and Information Education Campaign (IEC) in Brgy. Castor, Sara, Iloilo with 40 attendees with Punong Barangay Hon. Elmer Caraecle on March 15, 2024 (Friday).
