LOOK: ILECO III Personnel conducted BAPA Assembly Meeting and Information Education Campaign (IEC) attended by 126 BAPA Members in Calapdan, Estancia, Iloilo on December 27, 2023
One (1) of the main topics discussed was the implementation of RA 11552-An Act extending the implementation of the Lifeline Rate to qualified indigent Member Consumers Owners (MCOs).
