One (1) of the main topics discussed was the implementation of RA 11552-An Act extending the implementation of the Lifeline Rate to qualified indigent Member Consumers Owners (MCOs). This information education campaign (IEC) is part of ILECO III’s empowerment program of our member-consumer-owners (MCOs) and to be pro-active to all activities conducted by our cooperative.
