LOOK: ILECO III personnel conducted BAPA Meeting and Information Education Campaign (IEC) in Calapdan, Estancia, Iloilo attended by 78 BAPA members and Brgy. Officials on August 01, 2024 (Thursday) as part of the empowerment program of our member-consumer-owners (MCOs).
