ILECO III personnel conducted on-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) to 186 recipients of Barangay Line Enhancement Program (BLEP) of Barangcalan Island, Carles, Iloilo on November 07, 2024 (Thursday). The National Electrification Administration (NEA) appropriated budget to electrify nine (9) island barangays within ILECO III area coverage.
