ILECO III CONDUCTED ON-SITE PRE-MEMBERSHIP SEMINAR IN NHA VILLAGE, BACJAWAN SUR, CONCEPCION
Instead of going to the Main Office at Preciosa, Sara, Iloilo, ILECO III conducted an on-site Pre-Membership Seminar to 116 applicants at NHA Village, Bacjawan Sur, Concepcion, Iloilo.
