ILECO III personnel successfully conducted on-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) to 20 recipients of 2022 Sitio Electrification Program (SEP) of Sitio Katang and Kabiton, Aposaga, Sara, Iloilo today, March 13, 2023 (Monday).
