In attendance were Hon. Elvira P. Alarcon, Municipal Mayor of Batad, Dir. Melly De Asis, Board of Director District IV, FO3 Welmark Villaruz, BFP Representative and BEA President Joel C. LOOK: ILECO III Personnel conducted BAPA Assembly/Reorganization Meeting and Information Education Campaign (IEC) attended by 31 BAPA Members in Sitio Luy-a, Bulak Sur, Batad, Iloilo on September 15, 2023 (Friday)
One (1) of the main topics discussed was the implementation of RA 11552-An Act extending the implementation of the Lifeline Rate to qualified indigent Member Consumers Owners (MCOs). This information education campaign (IEC) is part of ILECO III’s empowerment program of our member-consumer-owners (MCOs) and to be pro-active to all activities conducted by our cooperative.
