In attendance were Hon. Elvira P. Alarcon, Municipal Mayor of Batad, Dir. Melly De Asis, Board of Director District IV, FO3 Welmark Villaruz, BFP Representative and BEA President Joel C. Datoon together with other ILECO III Personnel/Officers

LOOK: ILECO III Personnel conducted BAPA Assembly/Reorganization Meeting and Information Education Campaign (IEC) attended by 31 BAPA Members in Sitio Luy-a, Bulak Sur, Batad, Iloilo on September 15, 2023 (Friday)
One (1) of the main topics discussed was the implementation of RA 11552-An Act extending the implementation of the Lifeline Rate to qualified indigent Member Consumers Owners (MCOs).
