LOOK: ILECO III Personnel together with Director Lope Salmorin of District V conducted BAPA Assembly Meeting and Information Education Campaign (IEC) attended by 129 BAPA Members in Cabuguana, Carles, Iloilo on November 21, 2023 (Tuesday)
One (1) of the main topics discussed was the implementation of RA 11552-An Act extending the implementation of the Lifeline Rate to qualified indigent Member Consumers Owners (MCOs). This information education campaign (IEC) is part of ILECO III’s empowerment program of our member-consumer-owners (MCOs) and to be pro-active to all activities conducted by our cooperative.
