LOOK: ILECO III Personnel conducted BAPA General Assembly and Information Education Campaign (IEC) attended by 160 BAPA Members in La Fortuna, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo on November 23, 2023 (Thursday)
One (1) of the main topics discussed was the implementation of RA 11552-An Act extending the implementation of the Lifeline Rate to qualified indigent Member Consumers Owners (MCOs). This information education campaign (IEC) is part of ILECO III’s empowerment program of our member-consumer-owners (MCOs) and to be pro-active to all activities conducted by our cooperative.
