  • LOOK: ILECO III Personnel conducted Information Education Campaign (IEC) attended by 74 MCOs in Brgy. Alacaygan, Banate, Iloilo on December 26, 2023.

    One (1) of the main topics discussed was the implementation of RA 11552-An Act extending the implementation of the Lifeline Rate to qualified indigent Member Consumers Owners (MCOs).
