ILECO III personnel successfully conducted on-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) to 8 recipients of 2023 Sitio Electrification Program (SEP) of Purok 4A, Bayuyan, Estancia, Iloilo on March 11, 2024 (Monday).
