Effective June 16, 2022, ILECO III installs new General Manager, Atty. James G. Balsomo II. ILECO III Officers, Management and Employees warmly welcome GM Balsomo as part of the family. GM Balsomo shares his insights and words of wisdom during the program and looks forward in working with the entire ILECO III workforce to achieve greater success of the Coop.
Former General Manager Consorcia B. Penaranda turned over the key of responsibility as a symbol of new leadership and authority in the execution of the duties and responsibilities in leading the Coop towards achieving its vision.
In line with the event was the signing of the Performance Management Contract between GM Balsomo and the Board of Directors proceeding his acceptance message.
