ILECO III conducted On-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) participated by 84 attendees from barangays of Dela Pena, San Miguel and Nagpana held in Brgy. Dela Pena, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo on November 04, 2024 (Monday).
