ILECO III conducted On-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) participated by 35 attendees in Brgy. San Juan, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo on October 21, 2024 (Monday).
The said meeting was also attended by Dir. Harry G. Tupas and barangay officials headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Arnold Palec.
