ILECO III conducted On-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) participated by 28 attendees in Brgy. Villa Pani-an, Estancia, Iloilo on October 18, 2024 (Friday).
The said meeting was also attended by Dir. Lope O Salmorin and barangay officials headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Zaldy Basio.
