ILECO III conducted On-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) participated by 84 attendees from barangays of La Fortuna, San Antonio and Ugasan held in Brgy. La Fortuna, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo on October 17, 2024 (Thursday).
