ILECO III conducted On-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) participated by 43 attendees in Brgy. Cano-an, Estancia, Iloilo on October 15, 2024 (Tuesday).
The said meeting was attended by Punong Barangay Hon. Gilbert B. Jocson and Dir. Lope O. Salmorin.
