ILECO III conducted On-site Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) participated by 145 attendees from barangays of Cag-an, Dangula-an and San Carlos held in Brgy. Dangula-an, Iloilo on October 09, 2024 (Wednesday).
The said meeting was attended by Dangula-an Punong Barangay Hon. Jose Agregado and Dir. Lanie J. Velasco.
