The purpose of this partnership is to immerse learners in work environments relevant to their area of study in an attempt to learn knowledge on, productivity in, and respect for the workplace. On-the-job training is crucial for students as it provides them with real-world experience, practical skills, and industry knowledge that cannot be gained in a classroom setting alone. It will help students to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application, and prepares them for the demands of the workforce. It also allows students to network with professionals in their field, gain insight into industry trends, and develop a strong work ethic.
