ILECO III in partnership with Northern Iloilo State University (NISU)-Department of Energy and Affiliated Renewable Energy Center (AREC) successfully conducted an Information Education Campaign (IEC) Activity and Seminar on Power Industry and Renewable Energy to 159 students and faculty of Northern Iloilo State University (NISU)-Victorino Salcedo Sara Campus on August 22, 2023 in NISU Gymnasium, Sara, Iloilo.
It was attended by our very own General Manager, Atty. James G. Balsomo II, Dir. Jowella S. Juarez, AREC Director Dr. Joey S. Dela Cruz and NISU-Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Jomartin Limson.
Mr. Jimmy De Julian discussed about NISU-AREC and Renewable Energy Programs while ILECO III-ISD Manager Ms. Christine Joy G. Hermano lectured about Power Industry in a Nutshell.
This endeavor is also part of the celebration of 14th National Electrification Awareness Month (NEAM) and coinciding with NEA’s 54th Founding Anniversary with this year’s theme: “Total Electrification by 2028”.
This is one of the best platform to inform our MCOs of the current power industry set-up to establish strong partnership between our stakeholders other organizations.
