ILECO III conducted a benchmarking activity at Aklan Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AKELCO) on its Complaint Management System, GPS Tracking System for service vehicles and other best practices on August 03, 2023 (Thursday).
AKELCO family headed by General Manager, Atty. Ariel B. Gepty, together with their Management Committee warmly welcomed ILECO III to their Main Office in Poblacion, Lezo, Aklan. The best practices of AKELCO for Complaint Management System and GPS Tracking System were discussed and presented to ILECO III to effectively handle and manage complaints, maintenance team dispatch and monitoring.
The benchmarking activity was a valuable opportunity for both of the Cooperatives to learn from one another and to improve their respective practices.
It also strengthened the relationship between the sister Cooperatives and fostered collaboration in promoting growth and development of the EC operations.
