ILECO 3 Officers successfully conducted the Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS) for Sitio Electrification Program (SEP) recipients held at ILECO 3 Headquarter Site, Preciosa, Sara on March 15, 2023 (Wednesday). The above-mentioned seminar was attended by beneficiaries from barangay Nagsulang, Lemery and respectively in barangay Domingo, Sara. The requirements needed for application and subsidies granted to them were meticulously discussed by ILECO 3 personnel headed by MSD Chief, Alex A. Demandante.
