This meeting is designed to streamline our operations, improve customer experience and provide convenience and efficiency for customers. Through this initiative, multiple cooperative services can be offered in one location, including receiving applications for electric service connection, availing of a 5% senior citizen electric bill discount and lifeline rate subsidy/discount, as well as receiving complaints and requests from electricity end users.
