On July 31, 2024, ILECO III, guided by the visionary leadership of General Manager Atty. James G. Balsomo II, convened a pivotal coordination meeting with Barangay Officials to explore the details of this project aimed at interconnecting Manlot, Calagnaan, and Sicogon Islands through submarine cable. This initiative marks a significant step forward in enhancing the region’s connectivity and resilience.
The meeting was also attended by Board of Director Lope O. Salmorin representing District V (Balasan and Carles), alongside key management personnel and dedicated staff members, Barangay Officials and representatives of their respective areas. Their collective focus was to foster collaboration among local government officials and stakeholders, ensuring that every aspect of the project is meticulously planned and executed.
