Week One (1) of the 2022 Basic Linemen Training Course began with the Pre-Assessment Exercise and Orientation of the trainees. The resource speakers/trainers from SURSECO 1, namely, Engr. Diosdado Flores III and Engr. Richard Linog introduced the basics of Lineman Training and how it will affect their physical and mental competence to handle the entire course proper.
Also, selected Engineers from the different Electric Cooperatives; Engr. Edsel Allador (ILECO III), Engr. John Carlo Camacho (ANTECO) and Engr. Rodel Anado (GUIMELCO) join the said course as observers in order to become familiar on how to conduct the training as possible trainers for future Basic Linemen Training Course.
